Build a culture of well-being
Our work involves helping people and organisations understand the happiness equation. Building a culture of well-being requires us to take a long-term, whole-of-organisation approach. We help you to work towards it by harnessing research to unlock new ideas and strategies.
OUR UNDERLYING BELIEFS
We are connected because of our desire for happiness and our aversion to suffering.
“Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our most accurate measure of courage.”
- Brene Brown
We all have Issues
Human are connected because not only do we all experienced pain and suffering, we have a tendency to keep reliving those afflictions. We don't have to be defined by our past.
“Work on your strengths, not your weaknesses...Life offers so many chances to use one tool instead of another, and often you can use strength to get around a weakness.”
- Jonathan Haidt
We can build better versions of ourselves
We can build better versions of ourselves, not only to prevent falling into the downward spiral, but to live a flourishing life.
“Happiness, like success, cannot be pursued; it must ensue, and it only does so as the unintended side-effect of one’s dedication to a cause greater than oneself.”
- Viktor Frankl
We can create meaning beyond ourselves
Happiness is about creating meaning that is greater than ourselves. It is an outcome of how we think, what drives us, the relationships we have, and the community we serve.
Work with us, and take a data-driven approach towards well-being.
Our Positive Education programmes use games and interactive activities to help students and teachers learn well-being skills. The youth are our future.
We partner with organisations to identify drivers of well-being and to equip managers with the knowledge and tools to improve workplace well-being. People are at the heart of any organisation. If people are at their best, so will the organisation.
Through our community programmes, we endeavour to share well-being insights and skills that not only benefit ourselves but also inspires us to benefit others. Well-being skills should be accessible to everyone.
