Making well-being accessible to everyone
OUR UNDERLYING BELIEFS
We are connected because of our desire for happiness and our aversion to suffering.
We All Have Issues
Humans are connected because not only do we all experienced pain and suffering, we have a tendency to keep reliving those afflictions. We don't have to be defined by our past.
We Can Build Better Versions of Ourselves
We can build better versions of ourselves, not only to prevent falling into the downward spiral, but to live a flourishing life.
We Can Create Meaning Beyond Ourselves
Happiness is about creating meaning that is greater than ourselves. Happiness is an outcome of how we think, what drives us, the relationships we have, and the community we serve.
Work with us, and take a data-driven approach towards well-being.
Our Positive Education programmes use games and interactive activities to help students and teachers learn well-being skills. The youth are our future.
We partner with organisations to identify drivers of well-being and to equip managers with the knowledge and tools to improve workplace well-being. People are at the heart of any organisation. If people are at their best, so will the organisation.
Through our community programmes, we endeavour to share well-being insights and skills that not only benefit ourselves but also inspires us to benefit others. Well-being skills should be accessible to everyone.

WHAT IS MINDSET?

As this is a conscripted army, many Singaporean males would likely to share a similar experience. During outfield, we would be hot, sweating profusely, and dead tired in the tropical humid heat. Every Sunday night, when we had to book-in back into the camps, it was a pain emotionally and physically.Read More
WHAT DOES A GROWTH VERSUS FIXED MINDSET LOOK LIKE?
THE TORTOISE AND THE HARE “There once was a speedy hare who bragged about how fast he could run. Tired of hearing him boast, Slow and Steady, the tortoise, challenged him to a race. All the animals in the forest gathered to watch. Hare ran down the road for a while and then paused to rest. He looked back at Slow and Steady and cried out, “How do you expect to win this race when you are walking along at your slow, slow pace?”Read More
WHAT MY DOG TAUGHT ME ABOUT STRESS!
There are two types of stress – general stress and chronic stress. Everyone experiences stress. My dog, Ricco, is not exception. We are built with a stress response system – fight or flight – to help us survive. Within the fraction of a second when we perceive a threat, resources in our blood are channelled to our muscles – getting us ready for fight or take flight. Thus, the usual distribution of resources for growth, reproduction and digestion cease.Read More

#DIAPERDON – WHY TRUMP WILL NEVER GET DEPRESSED!
On Friday, 27 Nov, US President Trump tweeted angrily, “Twitter is sending out totally false ‘Trends’ that have absolutely nothing to do with what is really trending in the world. They make it up, and only negative ‘stuff’.”He did not refer to what trends but #DiaperDon was trending with many memes showing Trump seated behind a tiny desk, wearing voluminous pants (suspected to be hiding an adult diaper).Read More
