Why DID We create the F.L.O.W. Network?
After years of working closely with educators we’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible work they do in shaping the future generation. However, we also recognise the daily pressures and challenges that come with being an educator. From this experience, we created the F.L.O.W Network, which is dedicated to improving the well-being of educators. By providing a supportive community where educators can connect, learn, and grow, this network empowers educators to prioritise their own well-being while also enhancing their practice.
We believe that when educators feel supported and empowered, they are better equipped to create positive change in their classrooms and beyond.Â

Does this network offer mental health assistance?
No, we do not offer professional mental health services as part of our network. Our primary goal is to provide education and foster a community of educators who are enthusiastic about well-being.
While we strive to provide valuable resources and support, it’s important to note that we are not qualified mental health professionals. If you find yourself in need of mental health advice or assistance, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a licensed mental health professional. Remember, your well-being is of utmost importance, and seeking professional help is a crucial step towards receiving the appropriate care.
How can the network support me?
At our network, we understand that educators face specific challenges in their profession. With their dedication to giving to others, educators often find it difficult to prioritise their own well-being. That’s where we come in. Our network is committed to supporting educators by offering a range of valuable resources and opportunities.
Firstly, we provide a platform for educators to connect with like-minded professionals who share a genuine interest in well-being. By facilitating these connections, we create a space where educators can exchange ideas, experiences, and advice, fostering a sense of camaraderie and support.
Additionally, we recognise the importance of equipping educators with the tools and knowledge to improve their own well-being. Through our network, educators gain access to a wealth of well-being resources that are easily accessible. These resources are designed to empower educators to enhance their personal well-being, enabling them to effectively serve the needs of those around them.
By fostering strong social support and providing accessible well-being resources, our network aims to support educators in their journey towards personal fulfillment and professional success. We believe that by investing in their well-being, educators can thrive both personally and in their role as influential educators.
