A new owner of the well-being journal! Unwrapping this piece of art with great packaging, a high-quality book cover, and 242 pages of beautifully designed content! Just flipping through some of the pages, As a visual learner, just flipping through some of the pages I’ve started a journey of discovery of my strengths, self-care strategies etc.

During my WBC training, I bought a copy out of curiosity. The journal was creatively designed, makes me just want to flip them and devour every page with intent. For some it might be too arty-farty, but if you take time to soak in the contents, there are many suggestions (eg. Being Hopeful for the Day Ahead) and quotes to ponder, journal pages to write your reflections and thoughts. Highly recommended even if you’re not someone who habitually journal ‘cuz there’s just so much to engage you.
