This programme is run in small groups of 1 facilitator to 5 students, conducted over 5 x 90 minutes sessions. This programme is designed to nurture students’ basic psychological needs—autonomy, competence, and connection—empowering them to develop and sustain Growth Mindset behaviours.
Objectives:
The programme is structured into two progressive levels:
- Level 1 focuses on building foundational skills
- Level 2 supports deeper personal growth and mindset development.
The programme covers 5 sessions in the following order for Level 1:
- Session 1: How can you overcome obstacles?
- Session 2: Who are your role model heroes?
- Session 3: What are your super strengths?
- Session 4: Who is your best possible self?
- Session 5: How do we celebrate kindness?
The programme covers 5 sessions in the following order for Level 2:
- Session 1: Can we talk about feelings?
- Session 2: How can challenges help us grow?
- Session 3: How can I build a growth mindset?
- Session 4: How do you communicate better?
- Session 5: How do we celebrate kindness?
